Zoho CRM
AvailableLog calls, texts, emails and meetings on the linked Zoho contact, with summaries and tasks.
What it does
QuorumVoice keeps every call, text, email and meeting with a person in one timeline. The Zoho CRM connection shares that history with the Zoho record the contact is linked to, and lets Quill read the record when that person calls.
- Log the conversation. Each call, text, email and meeting goes on the linked contact as a Call or a Note: who, when, how long, and a link back.
- Add the AI summary. The summary goes in the Call’s description, or as a Note.
- Turn loose ends into tasks. One Task on the linked contact for each loose end, with its due date.
- Bring contacts in. Zoho Contacts and Leads can come in as contacts, each linked to its Zoho record, refreshed every six hours. Matches by phone or email are linked, never duplicated.
- Let Quill look callers up. On calls and text replies, Quill reads the fields you allow from the linked record. It only says them back to a verified caller.
Each of these is a switch. Sharing happens only for contacts linked to one Zoho record, and QuorumVoice never creates Zoho contacts, accounts or leads, or changes the contacts it imports.
What you need
- A QuorumVoice plan that includes the CRM connector (Pro or Portfolio).
- An owner or admin role in your QuorumVoice organization.
- A Zoho CRM admin account with API access, in Zoho’s US data center. Notes QuorumVoice shares show under that person’s name, so connect with an account that stays active.
- One CRM per organization.
Connect Zoho CRM
- Sign in to QuorumVoice and open Settings › Integrations › CRM.
- Select Connect Zoho CRM.
- Sign in to Zoho, review the permissions, and accept them.
- You return to QuorumVoice, where Zoho CRM shows as connected. Choose what to share, the lookup order (Contacts or Leads first) and the fields Quill may use.
From then on, new calls, texts, emails and meetings share as they happen.
What it reads and keeps
QuorumVoice asks Zoho for these permissions, and uses each one only for the purpose shown:
- Read Contacts, Leads and Accounts, to find the record behind a phone number or email and to import contacts.
- Create and update Calls, Notes and Tasks, to log conversations, summaries and loose ends on the linked contact.
- Read users and organization details, to know which Zoho organization is connected.
- Search, to look up each new phone number or email once.
QuorumVoice keeps the link between each contact and its Zoho record, and the Zoho connection’s tokens in encrypted storage. Quill only ever reads seven basic fields: name, company, title, email, phone, website and account ID, and only the ones you allow. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
Remove it
In Settings › Integrations › CRM, select Disconnect. QuorumVoice stops sharing and Quill stops looking callers up. What was already shared stays in Zoho. The links to Zoho records are kept, so reconnecting picks up where you left off.
