Questions about QuorumVoice and Dialpad
Not in the Connect plan price. Dialpad AI Agents are a separate product sold through sales and billed per conversation from prepaid credits, currently $1.99 a voice conversation.
Both answer callers, answer questions and route them. Quill Concierge is on Pro and Portfolio with included minutes (Pro: 200 Concierge minutes a month; Portfolio: 600 Concierge minutes a month). It collects appointment requests for your team to confirm; Dialpad markets booking and rescheduling by its AI Agents.
With Google Workspace or Office 365 connected, Dialpad lists shared emails in the contact sidebar by subject and date and opens them in a new window. QuorumVoice puts connected Gmail threads on the contact timeline beside calls and texts.
No. QuorumVoice does not host video calls. If meetings are part of your phone contract today, plan to keep a meeting tool.

You can port your number in, subject to eligibility and your current carrier’s requirements. A temporary QuorumVoice number works at no extra charge while the transfer runs, and its settings carry over at cutover. Local ports usually take five to ten business days; the date is set by the losing carrier. Keep your current service active until the port completes.
