This is the Quill Assistant panel.
The same window your team opens from the corner of QuorumVoice: the question, every lookup it runs, the answer with its sources, what to ask next, and every thread you’ve started, kept private and organized.
Six billing conversations came in this week — four of them about the annual assessment. The longest was Resident Demo C · 4:32, where the letter was walked through line by line. Resident Demo E · Tue asked about a payment plan, and Vendor Demo Corp · Wed queried an invoice on the landscaping contract. Of the six, only the payment plan is still open as a loose end.

Ask for the numbers. Get the chart.
When the answer is a number, Quill draws it: trends over time, busy hours, top topics, ratings and splits. And anything you can ask, it can send you every week.
Charts right in the answer.
Ask how busy you were, when calls arrive, what people called about or how Quill is rated, and the answer comes with the chart, built from the same records it cites.

Take Quill into Claude and ChatGPT.
The QuorumVoice connector brings Quill’s read-only tools into the AI you already use, on Pro and Portfolio.
Your records, in the AI you already use.
Your AI assistant is good at writing, planning and building, but it has never heard a single one of your calls. Connect QuorumVoice and it can look them up: Claude writes the board brief, ChatGPT drafts the newsletter, Claude Code builds the chart, and every fact comes from your own calls, texts and emails.
412 calls. Top topics: pool access, gate codes (up 40%) and the special assessment. Here’s a one-page brief with three talking points…
From 14 calls and texts this week: “The front gate has a new code as of the 1st. If yours isn’t working, text the office and we’ll send it…”
Four people: Sam Ortiz (gate code, promised Friday), Tom Alvarez (assessment), Priya Shah (leak) and Nina Park (pool hours).
✓ Pulled 12 weeks · wrote call-volume.tsx · 1 chart, 12 bars
Tom called twice and emailed once. He isn’t disputing the amount, only the due date, and asked for a payment plan on the 14th.
Main line: 312 calls, 284 answered and 28 missed. Maintenance: 100 calls, 92 answered and 8 missed.
“Welcome to the pool! Open 10 to 8 daily. Up to two guests per unit, each with a wristband from the office…”
Prep in one prompt.
Ask for a board brief, a weekly recap or a handoff note, and your assistant pulls the numbers, the topics and the calls behind them.

Questions about Quill Assistant
Conversation intelligence is software that records, transcribes and analyzes business conversations so you can find patterns and answers in them. Quill Assistant is conversation intelligence you can talk to: ask a question in plain English and it reads your calls, texts, emails and meetings to answer it, citing every record it used.
Quill Concierge faces out: it answers the people who call and text your business, on your phone lines. Quill Assistant faces in: it answers your team’s questions about those conversations, inside QuorumVoice or in Claude and ChatGPT. Concierge talks to your callers; Assistant never does.
Yes. When an answer is about numbers it draws the chart in the answer: columns, a busy-hours heatmap, bars, a meter or a split. And in Analytics you can describe a report in a sentence and Quill will run it on a schedule and email it to your team, with links to the conversations behind it.
Anything that came through QuorumVoice: what still needs a reply, what a caller said last week, which calls were about billing, who your most active contacts are, how busy Fridays are, or what your knowledge base says about pool guests. You can @mention a specific record, or paste a photo for it to look at.
No. Every one of its 24 tools is read-only. It looks things up and answers; it never sends a message, edits a record or closes a loose end.
Yes. Every lookup runs as you, against your organization’s own records, so it sees exactly what you can see and nothing more.
Every claim carries a receipt: a pill that links to the call, text, email or meeting it came from. Hover one to preview the record; click it to open it. Citations that no lookup returned are removed before you see the answer.
Starter includes 20 answers a month, Pro 300 and Portfolio 1,000. Past that, Pro and Portfolio keep going at $0.20 an answer; Starter stops there until the month turns over.
