Every follow-up your team promised, kept.
“I’ll text you the new code by Friday” becomes a loose end in your team’s queue, linked to the call it came from. When the text goes out, QuorumVoice asks if that closed it. One tap, and it’s done.
Or try Quill live in your browser →Caught where they’re made, in every conversation.
Stop finding out a week later.
Promises made on the phone live in someone’s memory, a sticky note or a notebook, until they call back asking why nothing happened.
The old way.
The QuorumVoice way.
Every loose end knows where it came from.
Each one shows the conversation that created it, when, and how sure the detection was. One click opens the call, text or email, with the transcript and the summary.
It notices when you follow through.
Call them back, text, email or meet with them, and QuorumVoice asks whoever did it: did that close it? Nothing is closed on a guess.
Close the loop in one tap.
A callback, a text, an email, a meeting, a call they made to you, even a mention in team chat: each one asks the person who did it. Closed, Still open or Not related, right from the notification.
You just texted Dana Reyes. Still open: “Text Dana the new gate code”
You just called Tom Alvarez. Still open: “Call Tom back with the roofer’s date”
You just emailed Omar Yousef. Still open: “Send Omar the ARC form”
You just met with Priya Shah. Still open: “Email Priya the reserve study”
Nina Park just called and you took it. Still open: “Let Nina know if the pool is open Labor Day weekend”
You mentioned Grace Kim in chat. Still open: “Get Grace a replacement fob”
A later conversation looked like it handled these. Nothing has been closed and no one has been told.
Possibly done, never presumed.
When a later conversation looks like it settled something, it waits for a yes or no. Nothing is closed and nobody is told until a person confirms.
Raised again, not duplicated.
When the same person asks about the same thing, their loose end is updated and marked Raised again, and its owner is told.
Nothing falls between two desks.
Every loose end has an owner, a place in the queue and a reminder when it sits too long.
See what needs you.
Needs you, Unassigned, Awaiting review, Aging and Urgent: five counts, each one a filter.
Give it an owner.
Assign any loose end to a teammate in one click. The All view groups the queue by owner, unassigned last.
One digest a morning.
At 8 am each owner gets what to confirm, what’s new, what was raised again and what has waited two weeks.
Only when someone is waiting.
Loose ends are made only when someone outside your organization is owed something. Automated emails and internal chatter don’t count.
Closing it tells them.
Once someone confirms it, a verified contact gets a short text that it’s handled on Pro and Portfolio. A guess never reaches a customer.
Reminders, not alarms.
An open loose end reminds its owner at 7 and 14 days. Priority is never changed behind anyone’s back.
Follows every conversation, wherever it happened.
Loose ends come from your calls, Gmail and Outlook, Zoom meetings and texts, and go with you on iOS and Android. Quill Assistant, in the app or in Claude and ChatGPT, can tell you who is still waiting.
Everything your front desk does, on one platform.
Every promise and open question from your calls, texts, emails and meetings, owned, followed up and closed.
Questions about Loose Ends
A loose end is something someone outside your organization is waiting on: a promise your team made (“I’ll text you the new code”) or a question nobody has answered yet. QuorumVoice finds them in your conversations and keeps each one open until someone closes it.
Calls and voicemails on your QuorumVoice numbers. Connected email is included on every plan. Text conversations are read once each conversation wraps up (texting is on Pro and Portfolio); Zoom meetings on Pro and Portfolio; and Quill Concierge calls on Pro and Portfolio, including the questions Quill couldn’t answer. Your team can add their own, too.
No. A loose end is only made when someone outside your organization is owed something. Automated emails and machine-sent texts are ignored, and a conversation that settled the matter in the same breath doesn’t leave one behind. Detection can be switched off per phone line.
Not on a guess. When a teammate calls, texts, emails or meets with the contact, QuorumVoice asks them “Close the loop?” and one tap closes it. When a later conversation only looks like it settled something, the item waits under Possibly done for a yes or no. The one exception: if a caller tells Quill Concierge on a call that it was handled, Quill closes it.
The loose end they already have is updated and marked Raised again, with a note of what they said, and its owner is told. You never get a second copy of the same issue.
New ones show in the notification bell and by email, with a push to the phone for high-priority ones. Each owner also gets one digest a day at 8 am local time, by email and push, and a reminder when something has been open 7 and 14 days.
Yes. Owners and admins choose, for each closing signal, whether it asks, who it asks and how often, under Settings, Closing signals.
When someone confirms a loose end is closed, a verified contact who hasn’t opted out of texts gets a short text that it’s handled (on Pro and Portfolio). A machine’s guess never reaches a customer.
Yes. The QuorumVoice app for iOS and Android has the same queue, tabs and filters. Swipe to resolve, pick an owner, and answer “Did this get closed?” straight from the notification.
