Questions about Analytics & Reports
Call, text, email and voicemail volume, changes from the previous period, daily trends, busy hours and conversation categories. You can also see Quill outcomes and caller ratings, open loose ends and resolution times, and call-quality measures. Filter by date range, channel, phone line or teammate.
Yes. Ask about your own communication records in plain English and Quill can put a chart directly in its answer. It supports columns, horizontal bars, splits, meters and heatmaps. Answers can include links to the records Quill used, so you can investigate the details.
Open Scheduled reports in Analytics and describe what you want to know. Review the editable draft, choose the schedule and recipients, and save. Quill runs that request again for each reporting period and emails the answer, including relevant figures, charts and links to records. You can also add fixed metric blocks.
Daily, weekly on your chosen weekday, or monthly on the first. Choose the local hour using your timezone. Default reporting periods are the previous day, the last complete Monday–Sunday week, or the previous calendar month.
Reports are emailed to members of your organization. Members can schedule reports for themselves; admins and owners can select other team members. Viewers cannot create schedules. Recipients can unsubscribe from an individual report, and email digest preferences apply.
Yes. Send a test to yourself from the report editor. You can edit the request, change its schedule, pause or resume delivery, or delete the schedule later.
Set up and manage schedules in Analytics. Quill Assistant is where you ask one-off questions and get charts in the conversation. Scheduled reports use the same answering engine with the tools available to report jobs; private team messages are excluded.
