Getting Started

How do I set up my organization?

After signing up, you'll be guided through creating your organization. Provide your org name, and QuorumVoice will generate a unique slug. You can then invite team members from the Members settings page.

How do I add a phone number?

Go to Settings → Phone Numbers. Search for available numbers by area code, then provision one with a single click. The number is immediately active for inbound calls.

How do I invite team members?

Go to Settings → Members and click "Invite." Enter their email address and assign a role (Admin, Member, or Viewer). They'll receive an email with a link to join your organization.

SMS Messaging

Why do I need 10DLC registration?

US carriers require all businesses sending application-to-person (A2P) SMS to register their brand and messaging campaigns. This is called 10DLC. Without registration, your messages may be filtered or blocked by carriers. Go to Settings → SMS to complete your registration.

How long does 10DLC approval take?

Brand registration typically takes 1–5 business days. Campaign registration takes an additional 1–3 business days after brand approval. You can check status anytime in Settings → SMS.

What happens if my registration is rejected?

You'll see the rejection reason in your SMS settings. Common reasons include incorrect business information or insufficient opt-in documentation. You can correct the details and resubmit.

How does SMS opt-out work?

QuorumVoice automatically checks opt-out status before sending any message. When a contact replies STOP, they're immediately marked as opted out. The system prevents any further messages to that contact until they opt back in by texting START.

Calling

How do outbound calls work?

QuorumVoice uses a callback bridge: when you tap "Call" on a contact, the system first calls your personal phone. When you answer, it connects you to the contact. The call appears to come from your organization's number, not your personal phone.

Are calls recorded?

Yes, all calls are recorded and transcribed automatically. A two-party consent disclosure is played at the beginning of each call before recording starts. Recordings are accessible from the contact's timeline.

How does the ring order work?

Inbound calls ring team members in the order configured in Settings → Phone Lines. If no one answers, the call goes to voicemail. Voicemails are transcribed and appear in the Inbox.

What is a Direct Dial line?

A Direct Dial line routes all calls directly to one specific team member instead of ringing through the ring order. Useful for giving key staff their own dedicated line within the organization.

Tasks

How are tasks created?

Tasks can be created manually from the Tasks page, from a contact's detail view, or automatically by the AI when it detects missed calls or urgent requests that need follow-up.

Can I assign tasks to team members?

Yes. When creating or editing a task, select an assignee from your organization's member list. The assigned member will see the task in their task list and can receive push notifications (coming soon).

AI Features

What does the AI classify?

Every communication is automatically classified by urgency (low/medium/high), sentiment (positive/neutral/negative), and category (maintenance, dues, parking, complaint, inquiry, general). This happens in real-time after each call, voicemail, SMS, or email.

How does semantic search work?

QuorumVoice converts all transcripts, messages, and emails into vector embeddings. You can search by meaning — for example, "show me all gate complaints" — rather than exact keywords.

What is the AI Contact Summary?

Each contact can have an AI-generated summary that analyzes their entire communication history, open tasks, and interaction patterns. Tap the refresh icon on any contact's detail page to generate or update it.

Billing & Subscription

What plans are available?

QuorumVoice offers Starter ($39/mo), Pro ($89/mo), and Portfolio ($299/mo) plans. A one-time $49 setup fee covers 10DLC SMS registration and phone number provisioning. Visit our Pricing page for full details.

How do I manage my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing to access the customer portal. You can update your payment method, change plans, view invoices, or cancel your subscription.
