No. Rosie answers calls forwarded from the number you already have. Your team’s calling, texting and numbers stay with your current phone provider. QuorumVoice replaces that phone system and answers with Quill Concierge on the plans that include it.

Rosie includes 250, 1,000 or 2,000 minutes by plan and moves you up a plan if you go over. Quill Concierge is on Pro and Portfolio (Pro: 200 Concierge minutes a month; Portfolio: 600 Concierge minutes a month), with metered overage shown on the pricing page.

Rosie books directly into Google Calendar, Calendly, Acuity or Appointlet on Scale and up. Quill Concierge collects the caller’s details and preferred time as a request for your team to confirm. If direct booking is essential, that is a real Rosie advantage.
