Google Meet is coming soon. The connection is not currently offered while provider approval is completed. You can also import contact spreadsheets; Buildium is planned.
Your mailbox stays with Google or Microsoft. Connect through the provider’s sign-in and permission screen. Email appears in QuorumVoice with contact matching and AI processing, and replies, reply-alls and forwards are sent through the connected address. Provider permissions and organization policies apply.

A native Buildium connection is planned and is not available today. If you can export your directory to CSV or Excel, you can import supported contact fields now. That is a manual import, not ongoing synchronization or call-log writeback to Buildium.
Yes. Upload CSV, XLS or XLSX, or paste rows copied from a spreadsheet. Map the columns, review the preview, choose how to handle matching contacts and import. Supported fields include name, phone, email, unit, address, company and account ID. Google Sheets is a source for pasted or exported rows, not a live sync connection.
The QuorumVoice connector is read-only: it looks up records and returns results, without sending messages or editing your data. Your AI client writes the answer. Available tools follow your current role, plan and enabled tool catalog. The connector is available on Pro and Portfolio; client support and provider subscriptions may vary.
Manage connected mailboxes in Settings → Email and meeting accounts in Settings → Meetings. Email settings show connection status and offer verification, reconnect and disconnect actions. Contact imports start from Contacts. The AI connector has its own connection and role controls.
