Yes. Configured app devices can receive business calls, and the mobile app keeps the call connected to your organization’s shared records. Which person rings depends on the phone number’s routing settings and their calling preferences.
Business-line call and voicemail recordings are processed into transcripts and summaries. Recording disclosure is handled by the call flow. Processing can take time after a call, and the record shows the material available. Internal teammate voice and video calls are not recorded or transcribed.
The outcome follows the line’s routing configuration. A standard team ring sequence ends at voicemail when nobody answers. Quill Concierge is a separate, plan-gated routing choice for a number; it is not the automatic fallback for the standard ring sequence.
Yes. Call controls include mute, hold and transfer. Hold uses the line’s configured music. The transfer picker shows configured destinations and availability so you can choose the appropriate next person.
Yes. Search can find conversations by words and meaning. Open a result to read the source conversation, then review the available recording and transcript when you need the detail.
The processing workflow can identify open questions and commitments as loose ends linked to the source conversation. Review those items, assign an owner and track their status. Not every call creates a follow-up.
You can port an eligible existing number to QuorumVoice or forward calls from your current provider. Porting availability and timing depend on the number and provider; your current provider controls its forwarding settings.
