On a live Quill call, users with listen-in access can hear the conversation from the dock. Quill Concierge is available on Pro and Portfolio.
Listen while Quill does the talking.
Open a live Quill call and choose Listen in when your role permits it. Stop listening when you’re done. The stream stops when the call ends or transfers to a person, and you cannot start it while taking your own call.

Meet Quill Assistant →Questions about the Lines dock
The Lines dock is the compact phone-status area in the corner of the QuorumVoice web app. It summarizes live activity and expands into a board of your organization’s phone lines. It appears when the organization has lines or you have an active call.
Line dots show green for ready, amber while ringing or just ended, and red while occupied. The text label distinguishes a teammate’s call from a Quill call, so you do not need to rely on color alone.
Yes. The dock shows the caller, the line name, elapsed time and whether the call is handled by you, a teammate or Quill, when that information is available. Opening a line reveals more detail and links to the record.
For a recognized caller, the live card can show prior call, text and email counts, the last conversation, open loose ends and an available contact summary. You can open the contact or the conversation in the inbox. The detail depends on the records available for that caller.
No. Listen-in is available only for live Quill calls and only to users with the required access. It is disabled while you are on a call of your own, and stops when Quill transfers the caller to a person or the call ends. It does not provide listen-in on teammate conversations.
No. The listen-in control is for listening to the live Quill conversation. It is not a whisper, coaching or barge-in control, and the marketing preview does not play any real call audio.
Yes. Collapse it into the compact strip, then expand it when you need the board. In the web app, L toggles the board when you are not typing, and Escape closes it. You can also drag its edge to adjust the width; that preference is remembered in the browser.
The dock follows the numbers configured for your organization. Current plan allowances are Starter: 1 number; Pro: 3 numbers; Portfolio: 10 numbers. Quill Concierge is available on Pro and Portfolio; listen-in additionally requires the relevant user access. Number and usage limits still follow your plan.
