The QuorumVoice mobile app does not use cookies — your session is kept in secure device storage managed by the operating system. See the Mobile Application section of our Privacy Policy for the app's data practices.
How We Use Cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes:
- Authentication: To verify your identity and keep you signed in across sessions.
- Security: To protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) and other threats.
- Preferences: To remember your settings such as theme, timezone, and notification preferences.
- First-party analytics: To measure how visitors find and read our marketing site and blog. Our analytics are cookieless and first-party: page views are recorded server-side using a one-way hash — we never store your raw IP address, and we use no third-party analytics scripts or tracking pixels.

First-Party Analytics (Cookieless)
We do not use any third-party analytics services, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels. To understand how readers find our blog and marketing pages, we record page views server-side using a one-way cryptographic hash derived from your IP address and browser — the raw IP address itself is never stored and the hash cannot be reversed to identify you. Along with the page view we record the referring site, campaign parameters present in the link you clicked (e.g. utm tags), and a general device type (desktop, mobile, or tablet). A random session identifier kept in your browser's storage groups the pages you read during a single visit. None of this data is shared with third parties or used for advertising.
Session vs. Persistent Cookies
- Session cookies are temporary and deleted when you close your browser. They are used for things like CSRF protection and temporary authentication states.
- Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period (or until you manually delete them). They are used for remembering your preferences and keeping you signed in across browser sessions.
Third-Party Services
QuorumVoice integrates with the following third-party services. These services may set their own cookies when you interact with our platform:
- Supabase(authentication and database) — sets authentication cookies to manage your session securely.
- Vercel(hosting) — hosts the website and application. Vercel does not set analytics or tracking cookies on quorumvoice.com.
- Google & Microsoft (email sign-in) — if you connect a Gmail or Microsoft 365 account, the OAuth consent flow happens on Google's or Microsoft's own domains, where they may set their own cookies under their own policies. No Google or Microsoft cookies are set on quorumvoice.com.
- Stripe(billing and subscriptions) — when you interact with checkout or the customer portal, Stripe may set cookies on their domain to manage your billing session. No Stripe cookies are set on quorumvoice.com.
- Telnyx(phone and SMS) — Telnyx does not set any cookies on our site. All communication with Telnyx occurs server-side via API.
- Resend(transactional email) — Resend does not set any cookies on our site. All email sending occurs server-side via API.
How to Control Cookies
You can control cookies in several ways:
- Cookie consent banner: When you first visit our site, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies via the consent banner.
- Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to QuorumVoice.
