Your team’s chat and phone system, in one app.
Message the team with photos and @mentions, see who has read it, and call or video a teammate from the thread. The business line rings everyone’s app, so nobody forwards it to a personal cell.
Or try Quill live in your browser →Side gate won’t latch again.
Team chat that knows who has read it.
Direct messages and group threads, next to your calls, texts and email, on the web and on everyone’s phone.
Call a teammate from the thread.
One Call button, two ways to talk. Voice rings every device they’re signed in on; video opens a huddle for the whole thread.
Voice calls that find them.
Voice call rings the browser and the phone at once, and the first one answered takes it. Group threads call up to 4 people. Team calls are private and never recorded.
Board wants the pool numbers before 3.
Easier to talk it through, calling.
Video huddles, face to face.
Start video from any thread and everyone in it is rung. Answer with or without video; it runs peer to peer between your team’s own apps.
Rings a locked iPhone.
Team calls and huddles ring like a phone call, on the lock screen, through the QuorumVoice app.
Stop forwarding the business line to personal cells.
Every teammate’s QuorumVoice app is a line on your phone system. Calls ring it over the internet, and nobody gives out their own number.

Every line, live, in the corner.
On the web, the lines dock sits in the corner of the app. It turns blue when a line rings, and opened, it shows every line by name, who is on it and for how long, and when Quill has one.
Calls ring on the app.
One switch per teammate: ring the mobile and desktop app, with no personal number exposed, or bridge to a personal phone instead.
Hold, mute and transfer.
Hold plays your line’s music to the caller. Transfer shows who is available and who is off hours, with Quill at the top to take a message.
Every call on the record.
Calls with the people you serve are logged, transcribed and filed on their timeline, whichever app answered them.
See the Unified Inbox →Route every call to someone who is working.
Menus, queues with hours, ring order and Quill transfers all read the same thing: who is on right now.
Queues with hours.
Queues are the teams behind your menu, like Maintenance or Billing. Each teammate subscribes, sets their hours for each day, and picks push, email or text alerts. Press 2 for maintenance checks someone is on duty first.
Ring order, one person at a time.
Each person rings for 25 seconds by default, on every device they’re signed in on, then the next. Voicemail after the last.
Quill hands callers to whoever is in.
Quill checks availability without ringing anyone, then transfers by name, by department or to anyone available. On Pro and Portfolio.
Meet Quill Concierge →Direct dial lines.
Point a line straight at one person. It rings their apps and skips the queue; if they don’t answer, the caller gets voicemail.
IVR menus.
Press 1 for maintenance, 2 for billing. Each option goes to a queue, a person or voicemail, and 9 repeats the options.
Hours for transfers.
Each teammate sets when they can take a transfer. Outside those hours Quill won’t ring them, and says so.
Wherever the team is.
The small things that keep a team in step, on the web and on their phones.
Team locations.
On the mobile app: the last place each teammate called or messaged from. Last seen, never live tracking, and each person can turn it off.

Off hours
Hand a caller over.
Transfer lists who is available and who is off hours, so you never send a caller to someone who is gone for the day.
Alerts for shared inboxes.
Sync your Google Workspace groups and choose who hears about new mail on each shared address.
Everything your team works in, on one platform.
Team chat, voice and video calls, and a phone system that rings the app, not a personal cell.
Questions about Teams
Direct messages and group threads between the people on your account, in the same app as your calls, texts and email. Photos, @mentions, read receipts and typing indicators work on the web and in the iOS and Android apps.
In a group thread, @group mentions everyone in the conversation except you, and each of them gets a mention notification. You can also @mention a contact to link their record in the message; that notifies nobody.
A push notification goes out as soon as a message lands. If it is still unread five minutes later, you get one email that rolls up what you missed. Each person chooses which emails they want.
Yes. Voice call from any thread rings all of the other person’s devices, browser and phone. A group voice call holds up to 4 people. Team calls are private and are not recorded.
Yes. Video call from a thread starts a huddle: everyone in the thread is rung, and each person can answer with or without video. On a locked iPhone it rings like a phone call. Video runs peer to peer between your team’s apps and works best for small groups.
No. Each person’s QuorumVoice app, on the phone and in the browser, rings directly when the business line calls them, so no personal number is forwarded or exposed. A teammate who turns app ringing off can have calls bridged to a personal phone instead.
Call routing decides who a call reaches. In QuorumVoice each line has one of four: Queue (ring the team in order, then voicemail), Direct Dial (straight to one person), IVR Menu (press 1 for maintenance, 2 for billing…) or Quill Concierge (the AI call taker answers first).
People ring one after another, 25 seconds each by default, and every device a person is signed in on rings at once. If nobody answers, the caller goes to voicemail.
Queues are the teams behind your menu, like Maintenance or Billing. Teammates subscribe, set their work hours for each day, and choose push, email or text alerts. A menu option for a queue checks that someone is on duty; if nobody is, the caller goes to voicemail. Queues do not hold callers in line.
Yes, on Pro and Portfolio. Quill can check whether someone is available without ringing them, then transfer by name, by department, or to anyone available. It only rings people inside the hours they set for transfers, the caller hears ringback while it rings, and if nobody answers Quill comes back and takes a message.
It depends on the plan. Starter: 5 team members; Pro: 20 team members; Portfolio: Unlimited team members.
