Business texting your whole team can answer.
Text from your business number, not someone’s cell. Photos come through, everyone sees every reply, and each conversation ends with a summary and the loose ends it left.
Or try Quill live in your browser →Every text, from one number, in front of the whole team.
Stop texting from personal cells.
When texts go to whoever’s number people have, nobody has the whole thread, and nobody knows who answered.
The old way.
The QuorumVoice way.
Every conversation ends with a summary.
A back-and-forth is one conversation, not a pile of texts. After 30 quiet minutes it closes, and you get one summary, what it was about, and the loose ends, like the promise to text back Thursday.
Did the board look at my fence request?
It’s on Thursday’s agenda.
Can someone tell me after?
Yes, I’ll text you Thursday night.
Quill Concierge answers texts too.
The same front desk that answers your calls, on the channel people reach for first. On Pro and Portfolio.
Answers what it can. Passes on the rest.
Quill answers from your knowledge base. When someone needs a person, it takes the message in the same reply, and your team gets a push marked Needs a person.
Water’s dripping from the hall light.
This is Sunrise Ridge’s automated assistant; ask for a person any time. I’ve passed this on as urgent. Reply STOP to opt out.
Can a real person call me?
Passed on. A person will call you.
Honest, short, and on the record.
Quill says it’s automated in its first reply, keeps every text short, and every exchange lands in the thread for your team to read.
What’s the package room code?
That’s account-specific; passing it on.
Hi Leah, it’s Lena. Sending it now.
Steps back when you step in.
Once a teammate replies in a thread, Quill stays out of it, so a person never talks over a person.
Wherever your team is.
Texts reach the right people the moment they arrive, on the web and on their phones.
The whole conversation. Right in your hand.
Reply from your business number, see who sent the last message and keep the conversation with your team.

Questions about Business Texting
Business texting is two-way text messaging from your business phone number instead of someone’s personal cell. With QuorumVoice the whole team answers from the same number, each reply shows who sent it, and every text lands on the sender’s timeline next to their calls and email.
Yes. Everyone on your team can text from your business line, and each message shows the teammate who sent it, so people get one consistent number and your team sees every reply.
Yes. Photos texted to your number show up in the thread and are searchable. You can send up to 5 photos in a text; large phone photos are resized to fit carrier MMS limits.
US carriers require businesses that text from a local 10-digit number to register who they are and what they send (a “brand” and a “campaign”). Unregistered texts get filtered.
During setup you describe what you’ll send, how people opt in and two sample messages. We check your website, privacy policy and terms against the carrier rules before anything is submitted, then submit the registration for you. Texting starts once the carriers approve it.
STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT and similar words opt a person out, and so does a plain request like “stop texting me.” They get your registered confirmation, and texts to them from the app are refused until they text START. HELP is answered with your registered help message.
It keeps the record and does the blocking: every opt-out and opt-in is stored with the number, the keyword and the time, and opted-out contacts can’t be texted from the app. What you send and how you collect consent is still up to you, so check your own obligations with your counsel.
Yes, on Pro and Portfolio, on the lines you choose. Quill Concierge says it’s an automated assistant in its first reply, answers from your knowledge base, passes anything it can’t answer to your team, and steps back once a teammate replies. Its replies count toward your normal texting allowance.
Texts are grouped into a conversation. After 30 quiet minutes it closes, and QuorumVoice writes one summary of the whole exchange and pulls out the loose ends, like a promise to text someone back.
Yes. The QuorumVoice app for iOS and Android has every thread, photos from your camera or library, delivery receipts and the line you’re sending from.
Texting is included on Pro and Portfolio. Pro includes 2,000 SMS / mo; Portfolio includes 5,000 SMS / mo. Past that, texts are $0.015 a message.
