ChatGPT
AvailableLook up your conversations from ChatGPT through the read-only QuorumVoice connector.
What it does
The QuorumVoice connector lets you ask ChatGPT about your organization’s records: who called, what a contact asked, which loose ends are open. ChatGPT looks the answer up with your own access and writes the reply, with links back to the records it used.
- Read only. It cannot send a text, place a call, edit a contact or close a loose end.
- Your access, no more. The tools follow your plan, your role and what your organization’s admins allow.
What you need
- A QuorumVoice plan that includes the connector (Pro or Portfolio).
- ChatGPT turned on for your role. Owners and admins choose this in Settings › Integrations.
- A paid ChatGPT plan. The connector is set up in ChatGPT on the web.
Connect ChatGPT
- In QuorumVoice, open Settings › Integrations › ChatGPT and copy the connector address.
- In ChatGPT on the web, turn on Developer mode in Settings and create a connector with that address.
- Choose OAuth as its sign-in. ChatGPT sends you to QuorumVoice: sign in, check the organization shown, and choose Allow.
What it reads and keeps
Each question runs the connector’s tools against your organization’s communications, contacts, loose ends, knowledge, analytics, team and phone lines, within your access. Private team messages are not exposed. QuorumVoice keeps a record of the connection; what ChatGPT keeps of a conversation is governed by OpenAI’s terms.
Remove it
Remove the connector in ChatGPT, or end the connection in Settings › Integrations. Owners and admins can also turn ChatGPT off for the whole organization. Removing someone from your organization ends their connections.
