Claude
AvailableLook up your conversations from Claude through the read-only QuorumVoice connector.
What it does
The QuorumVoice connector lets you ask Claude about your organization’s records: who called, what a contact asked, which loose ends are open. Claude looks the answer up with your own access and writes the reply, with links back to the records it used.
- Read only. It cannot send a text, place a call, edit a contact or close a loose end.
- Your access, no more. The tools follow your plan, your role and what your organization’s admins allow.
What you need
- A QuorumVoice plan that includes the connector (Pro or Portfolio).
- Claude turned on for your role. Owners and admins choose this in Settings › Integrations.
- Claude on the web, desktop or phone, or Claude Code.
Connect Claude
- In QuorumVoice, open Settings › Integrations › Claude and copy the connector address.
- In Claude, open Customize › Connectors, choose Add custom connector and paste the address.
- Choose Connect. Claude sends you to QuorumVoice: sign in, check the organization shown, and choose Allow.
- In Claude Code, sign in the same way or use a personal key made in Settings › Integrations.
What it reads and keeps
Each question runs the connector’s tools against your organization’s communications, contacts, loose ends, knowledge, analytics, team and phone lines, within your access. Private team messages are not exposed. QuorumVoice keeps a record of the connection; what Claude keeps of a conversation is governed by Anthropic’s terms.
Remove it
Remove the connector in Claude, or end the connection in Settings › Integrations, where personal keys can be revoked too. Owners and admins can also turn Claude off for the whole organization. Removing someone from your organization ends their connections.
