Google Meet
AvailableMeet recordings and transcripts from the connected Google account.
What it does
Connect your Google account and the Meet meetings you record come into QuorumVoice with their transcripts. Each one gets a summary and is filed on the timeline of the participants who match your contacts.
Meet has no live notice for a finished recording, so QuorumVoice checks for new ones every six hours.
What you need
- A QuorumVoice plan that includes meetings (Pro or Portfolio).
- Any role but viewer. Each person connects their own Google account.
- A Google Workspace edition that records Meet meetings. Recording access follows your Workspace permissions.
Connect Google Meet
- Sign in to QuorumVoice and open Settings › My meetings.
- Select Connect Google Meet, sign in to Google and allow the permissions.
- You return to QuorumVoice, where your Google account shows as connected.
What it reads and keeps
- Meet conference records: participants, recordings and transcripts.
- Meet recording files in Drive, limited to files Meet created, not the rest of your Drive.
- Your email address, to know which Google account was connected.
QuorumVoice keeps the recordings, transcripts, summaries and participants in your organization’s private storage. Matching signed-in participants to contacts is best effort. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
Remove it
Disconnect the account in Settings › My meetings, or remove QuorumVoice from the third-party access page in your Google Account. Meetings already on your timelines stay as your organization’s records.
